We met a wonderful gentleman at our seasonal camp that needed to put a floor in and close in a shed he had on his site as well as build a custom ramp for him off of his small porch. He then hired us to remodel a room in his basement where we addressed a critter problem in his ceiling.  We replaced did demo, replaced all the insulation, drywalled and installed a custom ceiling, then worked to replace the trim and repainted the entire space.
