A previous coworker had mentioned that he had some concerns about the condition of his home, more notably the fascia, shadow boards and corner boards that were showing some concerning rot. We immediately assessed the damage, and replaced all of the outside trim of his house with Azek, and then painted his home the following spring. While replacing the freize boards we had come across rot under one of his back windows and immediately worked to address the damage. We also addressed and replaced rotted clapboards where needed and built a custom box for an old hay trolley beam that was showing signs of rot, keeping the originally aesthetic of the home while working to protect it from further damage.
