Basement Room Remodel

The client requested a remodel of their basement room, focusing on refinishing the ceiling and proper insulation. 

Upon inspection, we discovered rodent droppings, indicating a nesting issue between the floors. We replaced all insulation, installed new drywall, added custom trim for the ceiling, and repainted the ceiling and walls in the main room and closet. To cover the existing dark blue color, we applied a coat of blocker primer before painting it beige. Following the client's request, we removed and retrimmed the closet door and updated the existing window trim. Additionally, we added baseboards in the closet and areas lacking a half-wall. Finally, we safely reinstalled the heater and television after completing the painting.
